Intelligent Request Prioritization

When a call bell rings, no one knows how urgent the request is or what is even being requested. This program states what the request is and automatically prioritizes requests by level of urgency. Urgent requests are set with a priority of high and less urgent requests are set with a low priority. All requests are color coded and easy to understand.

Single-touch Emergency

Patients can alert care providers to an emergency with a single touch of the screen. Fail-safes prevent the emergency from accidentally being canceled.

Starling comes preconfigured with hundreds of the most common requests in an easy-to-navigate hierarchy. This request hierarchy can easily be configured to fit any institution’s specific needs.

Customizable Workflow Management

This program allows each facility to manage its own workflow and customize the product to include current applications that the facility is using. Requests can be assigned to different providers and departments so that nurses can focus their time on urgent requests while delegating less urgent tasks to other staff.

Robust Administrative Reporting
