What makes LanguageMate™ Messenger different from other messaging products?
LanguageMate™ Messenger is designed to be mass customized based upon patient demographics such as language, age, gender, socioeconomic status and much more. Our initial studies show that over 81% of message recipients appreciate the messages, significantly more than our competitors have reported in the literature.
Can LanguageMate™ Messenger be used for appointment reminders?
Yes. Messenger is a versatile product that can be implemented to send any message to anyone at any time using any method. Once integrated into your system, rules are configured and you are ready to start improving no-show rates, improving medication adherence, and making your patients healthier.
Will they call my patients during dinner?
Each campaign can be customized for default delivery schedules to avoid such times. Patients can also designate preferred outreach times and methods.
Automated calling systems seem so impersonal, how do you address this?
Three ways. First, the messages are customized with an introduction from the physician, organization, institution, disease management company, insurance company, or pharmaceutical company that is sending the message. This makes the experience relevant to patients. Second, we send culturally appropriate messages in the patient's native language. Finally, our expert writers create engaging messages and even tell stories to illustrate key points.
